Attention
I pay attention to structural relationships, not only where you report tightness. How your ribs, hips, shoulders, and feet relate can inform where I work.
I combine hands-on structural work, observation, and movement awareness. Each session is shaped by what brings you in and how your body responds.

Before I put my hands on you, I want to understand what brings you in. What feels restricted? What has changed? What do you notice in daily life or during activity?
I may invite you to stand, walk, or make a simple movement. This gives us a useful starting point, and something to compare as the session progresses.
Your feedback is part of the work.

Some of the work is firm and specific; some is subtle. I adjust pressure and positioning based on your comfort and the response we're noticing.
Before and after hands-on work, we may revisit a movement to notice whether anything feels different. Sometimes a small shift in awareness is as useful as a dramatic sensation.
As an endurance athlete, I enjoy talking with runners, cyclists, and other active people about training and the demands they place on their bodies. But I don't treat athletic performance as the only meaningful goal. Ease in everyday movement is equally worth exploring.
Some sessions are quiet. Others involve more conversation or movement. What matters is that the work has a clear purpose for you—not that it follows a predetermined script.
