What to expect & pricing

What happens on the table.

A straightforward introduction to what I do, what a session involves, and how much it costs.

During your visit

What happens in a session?

01 / CONVERSATION

We start with your goals.

We'll discuss what brought you in, what you notice in your body, and anything relevant to your comfort or the session.

02 / EXPLORATION

We look at how you move.

I may ask you to stand, walk, or make a simple movement. It helps me see how different parts of your body participate in the whole.

03 / HANDS-ON WORK

Hands-on Rolfing.

I'll use specific hands-on contact, often sustained over an area, and may invite small movements or breathing changes during the work. You can tell me when pressure or positioning needs adjusting.

We take time to reflect on your experience and talk about possible next steps. You are not required to book a series.

Practical questions

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement and access to the areas we'll work on. Shorts and a tank top or sports bra are common choices. We'll discuss comfort and coverage as needed.

Does Rolfing have to hurt?

No. Sensations vary, and you can always ask for less pressure, a change of position, or a pause. Working through pain is not a requirement.

Do I need ten sessions?

No. The traditional Ten Series is one possible framework, but individual appointments are welcome. We can discuss whether a series makes sense for your interests.

What if I am recovering from an injury?

Let me know about relevant concerns before the session. For active injuries or medical issues, check with your healthcare professional about whether bodywork is appropriate.
